Instantaneous hot water module is a key part of instantaneous hot water type
household bidet that heats general tap water to 37~38 degrees Celsius (℃)
within 5 seconds, and it already occupies a significant portion of the bidet
market in Japan. The general tank-type bidet has the following disadvantages
because water is kept in the tank and heated continuously.

  • Because water is constantly stagnant in the tank,
    it is easy to scale and breed bacteria.
  • When the water cools, it consumes a lot of energy
    because it needs to be heated continuously.
  • Attempting to adjust the water temperature does not immediately adjust.
  • Due to the capacity of the water tank, it can only be used for a short time.
  • Due to the size of the water tank, the bidet is inevitably large.

In contrast, instantaneous hot water module

  • Because a water tank is not used, the bidet is relatively small and there is essentially no bacterial propagation.
  • Heat efficiency is high because it is heated only when water is used. (96% or higher thermal efficiency, 50% energy savings)
  • The water temperature can be adjusted at 1 degree intervals and the temperature is applied immediately.
  • As long as the hot water module operates, continuous water can be dispensed, so it can be used for sitz baths.

and a control processor, so that companies that produce existing water tank bidet do not need to study difficult and complex control algorithms
